About the Book
James Mitchell and his wife knew they would live at the remote North Dakota Bio-Lab 4 military base for the rest of their careers. Their work on biological weaponry could
never be revealed to the world. Twenty-three years later, the military is shutting them down. The members of Bio Lab-4 and
their families were deemed expendable. For the sake of national security, a military group murders over four hundred people by their own biological weapon.
However, due to a freak accident, Mitchell survived. He watched his family and friends die writhing in agony brought on by the Marburg virus he helped develop.
Now with his sanity stretched to its limits, Mitchell wants revenge.
The day is July 4th, 2026, America’s 250th birthday celebration. Chinese delegates visit DC for peace talks to avert escalating conflicts between the two countries.
Despite the threats of war, three million people flood into Washington DC for the party of the decade. Veteran DC cop, Michael Dorado heads the taskforce to keep the
people safe during the day-long celebration. It is a prime opportunity for a terrorist attack. On the morning of July 4th, Mitchell sends Dorado the first of several warnings.
“When the crowds are at their peak at the Fourth of July National Celebration, I will detonate a biological weapon that will spray the nearby people with a deadly pathogen. Once people are
infected, millions will die before you can control this virus. I do this in vengeance for my wife, my daughter and all those that died at Bio Lab-4. I do this horrible act to prove that
the American government and military has illegally developed and stored biological weapons of mass destruction for the last twenty years. They plan to use them as an option for war.
I have only a few samples of the massive amounts of pathogens available to the military. The many other samples are in four cryo-units. The military has hidden them and they must be
found and destroyed. These are not safe in anyone’s hands. The world must know of the existence of these terrible weapons and their danger. The military killed all of us who worked
on the project, all of us who developed these weapons, may God have mercy on our souls."
